Firstly fantastic customer service from Antioxi- shout out to Theo who was really patient and thorough with his advice taking into account various medication I'm on, so I felt reassured. Reishi is the first mushroom supplement I've tried so I've nothing to compare it to.. I can only say it is very fine powder and it's very easy to take and actually tastes rather nice! I mix with a dash of hot water to make a paste, then with organic cacao I make a kind of cacao espresso each morning. Do feel more focused and better balance with regards to energy levels... Still early days but so far so good!
